The AYDC Men's Ministry want to develop a plan to show the people of Alaska we are here.



ESTABLISH A FINANCIAL BASE TO SUPPORT THESE ACTIVITIES





We must remember that every Christian virtue, including giving, happens under the banner of his grace. Philippians ends with these words, “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit” (Philippians 4:23).



THE FOLLOWING MISSION AND GOALS ARE SUPPORTED BY THIS PLANNING PROCESS



GOAL 1

Establish excellent program instruction for Pastors and auxiliary leaders.

Improve training for Pastors to assist in outreach, family values and Apostolic doctrine.

Establish websites in all churches and automating registration for conferences.

Provide educational programs (establish book club)


GOAL 2

With the communication plan that has been established the Men’s Ministry growth will require support staff available to support in the growth areas. Training Institution: Ensure the support staff is properly trained.

Develop and maintain a council growth chart.
